Started as a software shop. Grew into a full growth partner.

Unique IT Centre began building CRM and ERP software for real estate teams who were drowning in spreadsheets. As clients kept asking who could also market their projects and design their materials, we built those teams in-house instead of outsourcing them.

Today we run product development, digital marketing, graphic design and real estate marketing under one roof — with our own CRM software, UIC CRM, as proof of what our engineering team can ship.

The result: fewer handoffs, faster iteration, and a team that understands both the software and the sales floor it's built for.
